How do you teach yourself 2d animation in blender?

Jan 11, 2019

I just want to say I love blender, I want to make this my future go to tool for animations. I can not wait for grease pencil in 2.8 release. As you can probably guess I would love to utilize grease pencil to work on 2d animations. I have a extremely hard time finding tutorials or even paid course on this topic. Since I can’t find anyone to teach me how do I teach myself? I do have experience with animation principles but I am not knowledgeable with blender in 2d field. I have taken cgcookies course(for modeling/animation), I have a hard time connecting the dots. So should I revisit with 3d animations courses and apply the knowledge to 2d animation? Or should I just start with grease pencil and treat this like a traditional animation?  PutLocker
